At Unite, we are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. Your core objective is to enhance revenue growth and profitability by meeting the targets set in our sales plan. This involves a thorough analysis of end-user activities and data to leverage spending trends and identify new opportunities.
A crucial part of your role is actively guiding and coaching end-users on our platform to maximise its use. You're also responsible for forging strong, enduring customer relationships, offering strategic advice, and ensuring exceptional customer service to promote repeat business and loyalty.

Your role

  • Revenue generators: You'll contribute to the company's growth by driving account expansion, renewals and identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling additional products or services that may benefit the customer
  • Customer engagement and platform utilisation: You'll guide and coach end-users on the platform, engaging and growing the customer base, and addressing common challenges with improved usage strategies
  • Account management: You'll manage client accounts, which includes understanding their needs, identifying their success indicators, and ensuring they are getting the most value from the products/services they purchased
  • Data analysis and trend identification: You'll gather and analyse end-user activity and data, identifying and reviewing spending trends to capitalise on new categories and product opportunities
  • Relationship building and customer consultation: You'll build strong, lasting relationships with customers, acting as a consultant by providing strategic advice and recommendations

Your qualifications

  • Education: You hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
  • Experience: You have 3+ years of relevant experience in Customer Success or Account Management and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer retention and revenue goals
  • Background: You have a solid understanding of B2G procurement and regulatory landscapes as well as a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing large portfolios
  • Communication: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a clear and concise manner
  • Problem Solving: You have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically
  • Customer-focused: You have a passion for customer success and satisfaction
