The role of Head of Customer Success will spearhead our B2B and B2G account strategies, championing advanced penetration methodologies and holistic account management techniques. This leadership role requires someone who can not only strategies but also roll up their sleeves when necessary, creating a cohesive bridge between customer needs, customers end users, and sustainable business growth.

Your role

  • Strategic and Cross-Functional Leadership: Craft and execute overarching strategies and collaborate with other department heads to deepen client relationships and enhance the customer experience from all fronts
  • Team Development: Mentor, guide, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, ensuring they achieve and surpass their targets
  • Revenue Enhancement: Oversee the team's efforts in recognizing upsell and cross-sell possibilities, ensuring consistent growth across accounts
  • Feedback Synthesis: Streamline the feedback loop, ensuring customer insights are integrated into product, sales, and marketing strategies
  • B2G Compliance & Training: Ensure the team's adeptness with B2G procurement nuances, software regulations, and pertinent compliance

Your qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
  • Experience: 6+ years of deep experience in account penetration and management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within the B2B and B2G sectors
  • Background: Solid understanding of B2G procurement and regulatory landscapes as well as a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing large portfolios
  • Communication: Stellar communication skills and the ability to inspire and lead teams
  • Further skills: proficient with advanced CRM software and account management tools; strategic thinking paired with operational prowess
